Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, I offer worldwide shipping! The only exception is the UK, but shopping is still possible through Etsy due to taxation changes after Brexit. If there's a particular item that you would like listed on Etsy that is currently unavailable there, feel free to send me a message and I can create a custom listing for you!

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from The Netherlands using PostNL. It will take me around 1 to 3 working days to get your package ready. Packages will be shipped once or twice a week. Usually this will be either on a wednesday or friday.

When will my order arrive?

Shipping times may vary due to holidays, customs, and pandemics. See estimated delivery times below:

  • The Netherlands: 1-3 days

  • Europe: 1-2 weeks

  • United States & Canada: 2-4 weeks

  • Rest of the world: 2-6 weeks

Please keep in mind that postal services experience higher volumes during the holiday seasons which may cause delays. Calculate extra shipping time to ensure timely arrival.

Do you offer tracked shipping?

I offer tracked and untracked shipping worldwide. When you check out you can choose between tracked and untracked shipping. Make sure you select the tracked option if you want to keep track of your package and it’s arrival!

Do i have to pay customs and vat?

Unfortunately sometimes you might be subject to pay Customs Duty or VAT fees when receiving a package. The amount you might have to pay depends entirely on your country's tax laws and the value of your order. For more information about this you should contact your local customs office so you won’t be surprised when the package arrives.

Do you offer cancellations/returns?

if you want to cancel or return your order, you can do this within 14 days of receiving your order. please send me a message with your order number and reason for cancelling/returning your order.

Before you send back your items, make sure that they're unused, in their original packaging, and still in good enough shape to resell, with all labels and tags intact. If something comes back damaged or in bad condition, i'll get in touch with you about it. Please understand that in those cases, i might not be able to issue a refund.

Also, please keep in mind that you'll need to cover the return costs.

What if my order is damaged?

I will package your order in a sturdy box or (bubble) envelope which should prevent it from any possible damage. Any damages caused during transit will not be refunded or replaced. Unfortunately I can’t take responsibility for the postal services of your country. If they lose or damage your package please contact them directly.

Do you take print requests?

If you have a suggestion for a print, sticker or anything that is not currently on the webshop please feel free to send me a message!
