do you ship worldwide?

yes, i ship worldwide. the only exception is the uk due to post brexit tax rules. uk customers can still shop through my etsy shop. if you’d like an item added there that isn’t currently on there, just send me a message and i can create a custom listing for you!

where do you ship from?

all orders are shipped from the netherlands with postnl. your order will be packed and shipped within 2 to 5 working days.

when will my order arrive?

delivery times depend on your location, customs, holidays and local postal delays.

estimated delivery times:

  • the netherlands 1 to 3 days

  • europe 1 to 2 weeks

  • united states and canada 2 to 4 weeks

  • rest of the world 2 to 6 weeks

during holiday seasons, postal services are extra busy, so please allow extra time for your order to arrive.

do you offer tracked shipping?

stickers are shipped untracked only. all other items are shipped with tracking by default. if your order contains both stickers and other items, the whole order will be shipped tracked.

do i have to pay customs or vat?

some countries charge customs duty or vat on incoming packages. these fees depend on your country’s laws and the value of your order. for accurate information, please contact your local customs office so you won’t be surprised when your package arrives.

do you accept cancellations or returns?

you can cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it. please send me a message with your order number and the reason for cancelling or returning.

returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resell able condition with all labels and tags intact. if items arrive damaged or heavily used, i may not be able to issue a refund. return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

what if my order arrives damaged?

i pack all orders carefully in sturdy boxes or bubble envelopes. however, i cannot take responsibility for damage or loss caused by postal services. if your package is damaged or lost in transit, please contact your local postal service directly.

do you take print or product requests?

yes, if you have an idea for a print, sticker or another product you’d love to see, feel free to send me a message.
