Do you ship worldwide?
At the moment, wholesale orders are only available within the EU.

Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from the Netherlands using PostNL. I aim to prepare your package within 2 to 5 working days. Orders are shipped once or twice a week, usually on Wednesdays or Fridays.

When will my order arrive?
Shipping times may vary due to holidays, customs, and postal delays. Below are the estimated delivery times:

  • The Netherlands: 1-3 days

  • Europe: 1-2 weeks

During holiday seasons, postal services may experience delays due to higher volumes. Please account for extra shipping time to ensure timely arrival.

Do you offer tracked shipping?
Yes, all wholesale orders are shipped with tracking to ensure safe delivery.

Do I have to pay customs and VAT?
Depending on your country’s tax laws and the value of your order, you may be required to pay Customs Duty or VAT fees. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the buyer's responsibility. If you’re unsure, please check with your local customs office before placing an order.

What payment methods do you accept?
I accept payments via creditcard and paypal.

Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Yes, the minimum order quantity for wholesale orders is € 100.

How long does processing take for large orders?
For larger wholesale orders, processing time may be slightly longer. If your order is particularly large, feel free to reach out so I can give you an estimated processing time.

Do you offer cancellations or returns?
You may cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it. To do so, please send me a message with your order number and reason for cancellation/return.

Before returning items, ensure they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition with all labels and tags intact. If an item is returned in poor condition, I may not be able to issue a refund.

Please note that return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. If the item was incorrect or defective, please contact me first so we can find a solution.

What if my order is damaged?
I package all orders securely in sturdy boxes or bubble mailers to prevent damage. If your package arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 with photos of the damaged items so we can find a solution. Unfortunately, I cannot take responsibility for damage caused by postal services.

Do you restock items that are out of stock?
Yes, I restock most wholesale items regularly. If a product is out of stock, feel free to contact me to check when it will be available again.

Are there any restrictions on reselling your products?
My products are intended for sale in retail shops, both online and physical stores. However, resale on third-party marketplaces like Amazon or Etsy is not allowed. If you have any questions about reselling, feel free to reach out.

Do you take print requests?
If you have suggestions for a print, sticker, or another product that is not currently available in my wholesale shop, feel free to send me a message!
