How do I place a wholesale order?

Once approved, you can browse the full collection in my wholesale shop, there you can view wholesale pricing, and place orders directly online.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! Wholesale orders are available worldwide.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from the Netherlands using PostNL. I aim to prepare your package within 2–5 working days. Orders are shipped once or twice a week, usually on Wednesdays or Fridays.

When will my order arrive?

Shipping times may vary due to holidays, customs, and postal delays. Estimated delivery times:

  • The Netherlands: 1–3 days

  • Europe: 1–2 weeks

  • United States & Canada: 2–4 weeks

  • Rest of the world: 2–6 weeks

During busy holiday seasons, please allow extra time for delivery.

Do you offer tracked shipping?

Yes! All wholesale orders include tracking to ensure safe delivery.

Do you charge VAT?

I participate in the Dutch Small Business Scheme (KOR), so no VAT is charged on any order.

  • EU businesses: Orders are treated as intra-EU supplies. A valid EU VAT number is required and verified via the VIES system. Invoices are issued without VAT.

  • Non-EU businesses: Import duties or taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the buyer.

Do I have to pay customs or import fees?

Depending on your country’s laws and the value of your order, you may need to pay Customs Duty or VAT. These charges are set by your local customs office and are the buyer’s responsibility. If unsure, please check with your local customs office before ordering.

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept credit card and PayPal payments.

Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Yes. The minimum order value for wholesale pricing is €100.

How long does processing take for large orders?

Processing time for larger orders may be slightly longer. If your order is particularly large, feel free to contact me for an estimated processing time.

Do you offer cancellations or returns?

Yes, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Before returning items, please ensure they are:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • In resellable condition with all labels and tags intact

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If the item is incorrect or defective, please contact me first so we can find a solution.

What if my order is damaged?

All orders are packaged securely in sturdy boxes. If your package arrives damaged, contact me within 7 days with photos so we can find a solution. I cannot take responsibility for damage caused by postal services.

Do you restock out-of-stock items?

Yes! Most wholesale items are restocked regularly. If a product is out of stock, contact me to check its next availability.

Are there any restrictions on reselling your products?

My products are intended for retail shops, both online and physical. Resale on third-party marketplaces like Amazon or Etsy is not allowed. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out.

Do you take print requests?

Yes! If you have suggestions for a print, sticker, or another product that isn’t currently available in my wholesale shop, feel free to send me a message.
